Dr. Sanaz Karami
Associate Dentist
Dr. Sanaz joined the skilled team at Smiles on Essa Dental in October of 2025. She graduated from the University of Ottawa, where she did her Undergraduate Degree in Biomed with COOP. She completed her Dental School from Western University’s Schulich School of Medicine, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery. Alongside her studies, Dr. Sanaz is also an active member of the ODA, CDA, and RCDSO.
Bringing her strong skill set and advanced expertise, Dr. Sanaz handles the general dentistry of both adult and pediatric patients in our office. Known for a gentle approach, compassion, and professionalism, her patients quickly feel calm and comfortable during their appointments.
When she is not in the office, Dr. Sanaz exercises her creative side with knitting, maintains her health by devoting time in the gym, experiences new foods with her adventurous palate, or spends time with her family and sweet baby girl!
